1. Shipping Times
Estimated delivery windows after dispatch:
- United States: 2–5 business days
These are estimated delivery windows and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary due to carrier issues, weather, or other events beyond our control.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method. In some cases, free shipping promotions may apply.
3. Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment. Please allow 24–72 hours for the tracking information to update. A delay in tracking updates does not always mean the package is lost.
4. International Orders & Customs
We proudly ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees imposed by their destination country. Ritual Labs is not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing or import regulations.
5. Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may charge a reshipping fee. We are not responsible for lost packages due to address errors.
6. Lost, Stolen, Delayed, or Damaged Orders
If your order appears delayed, lost, or arrives with a missing or damaged item, please contact the courier first, and then contact us at support@rituallabs.shop within 7 days of the marked delivery date with your order number and any relevant photos. Depending on the case, we may offer a replacement, reshipment, store credit, or refund. Ritual Labs is not liable for packages lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed by the courier.
